Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may experience slight delays. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email or phone.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your selected shipping method.

We currently offer the following option:

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

International Shipping

Shipping fees for international orders will also be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information typically becomes active within 2–3 business days after shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Our company is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping, including tariffs, taxes, or customs charges, are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Shipments

Our company is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to keep all packaging materials and damaged items when submitting your claim.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to addresses within Canada, including Canadian Territories and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

Please note that shipments to these addresses may require additional transit time.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

If this occurs, we can assist by confirming the delivery address, delivery date, tracking details, and shipping carrier information so that you may proceed with an investigation with the carrier.
